THERE IS A NEW RELIGION IN TOWN CALLED OPPORTUNISM

JUST WORK… NO PAYMENTS… THEY CALL IT RECESSION... I CALL IT OPPORTUNISM

One of the departments in our company is involved in manpower consulting, the department have been working in this domain for last 36 months and had been appreciated for there work and been paid well by the clients for the dedication and proper planning in their work, but suddenly… since the news of Lehman Brothers bankruptcy came out, our clients has kept our payments in hold but there requirement of work is not in hold…. Why?

…BECAUSE THEY CALL IT RECESSION… I CALL IT OPPORTUNISM…

The news of Satyam involved in fraud brings Havoc in stock and IT market… Employees of the company want to leave the company… Company is trying to retain the employee by paying proper salary on time, in spite of the fact that company is having severe financial crunch in the company… Why?

…BECAUSE EMPLOYEES CALLS IT RECESSION… COMPANY CALLS IT  OPPORTUNISM…

Most of companies are searching to hire Satyam employees with good skill sets but with lower CTC than they have paid in Satyam … Why?

…BECAUSE THEY CALL IT RECESSION… I CALL IT OPPORTUNISM…

Banking and Financing companies though incurring losses for past few years and was hiring till august. Suddenly decides to sack employees and close down branches… Why?

…BECAUSE THEY CALL IT RECESSION… I CALL IT OPPORTUNISM…

Top IT companies in India have a record of retaining their bench resources and were still hiring people till August. Suddenly they decide to sack employees on compulsory lower rating… Why?

…BECAUSE THEY CALL IT RECESSION… I CALL IT OPPORTUNISM…

  • The Currency whatever existed in the country before recession and after recession is same…
  • The Value of white goods, luxurious items and real estate has fallen down because the supply is high but the demand is low…
  • Everyone wants to keep there assets in the shape of cash, resulted no flow of cash in the market…

The art of holding the flow of your cash in market and flooding the flow of your capital goods in market is called recession

And the art of holding the flow of others cash and flooding the flow of your requirements is called opportunism

THINK AGAIN … ARE YOU THE VICTIM OF RECESSION OR OPPORTUNISM???

IS NUCLEAR DEAL A GOOD DEAL ?

What is the pact ?

  • The legislation amends Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. It lets the US make a one-time exception for India to keep its nuclear weapons without signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
  • The amendment overturns a 30-year-old US ban on supplying India with nuclear fuel and technology, implemented after India's first nuclear test in 1974.
  • Under the amendment, India must separate its civilian and military nuclear facilities, and submit civilian facilities to inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
What do deal supporters say ?

  • US President George Bush calls the deal necessary to reflect the countries' improved relations. It strengthens international security by tightening US ties to ally India, the world's biggest democracy. It also ensures some of its nuclear industry will undergo international inspection.
  • New Delhi, which relies on imported oil for some 70 per cent of its energy needs, says nuclear power will help feed its rapidly expanding economy.
  • France, which signed a similar deal with India in February 2006, says the move will help fight climate change and aid non-proliferation efforts.
How is Pakistan involved ?

  • Pakistan sought a similar civilian technology deal with the US but was refused last in March. It is the only other confirmed nuclear power not to have signed the NPT - saying it will join after India does.
  • Pakistan's own expanding nuclear program could fan the rivalry between India and Pakistan.
Benefits

  • India says 14 of its 22 nuclear facilities are civilian. Critics say the pact could make bomb making at the other eight easier, as civilian nuclear fuel needs will be met by the US
  • India would still be a nuclear weapons state, able to expand its nuclear arsenal and test nuclear weapons if it felt they were necessary.
  • Strategically, the deal may facilitate an expansion of India’s nuclear arsenal. “Although a larger Indian arsenal could lead to wasteful and potentially dangerous arms races, its strategic implications would not be wholly bad.”

There might be few points, which makes this deal a bad deal but isn't it this points are enough to say Nuclear Deal a good deal. If someone ask's me "Which political party do I support ? ", I would say no one... but I support the nuclear deal... because I believe this is for national interest... there are peoples saying we should think proverty, inflation etc. other than Nuclear Deal... I agree with them but... think again how does it is going to change if the N-Deal is not signed...Let atleast one good thing happen...

News Flashed that opposition party was bribed to vote in favor of ruling party... This is one of the saddest thing that happend in Indian History when the whole world was watching it... But think again how does it effects us any way we believe that all politicians are corrupt... even if they did this, then I think they did it for national interest not for saving their "KURSI" because if they wanted to save the "KURSI", all they need to do was to cancel the N-Deal...

Is This What We Have Changed Into....

The World Is Changing... So We Are ... We Should Be Proud Of What We Are....

Murderous Mistake

shrieking of tyres,
shattering of glasses,
sound of distant moaning,
smell of Blood!!
was all i felt that night.

what is happening?
we were only having fun..
Partying like all the teens..
Enjoying life to the brim..

I could hear the cops saying
"Oh..God!! What makes u drive when u are drunk"
Now i remember us taking Booze with Meth
But i thought its just a "Little Bit"

I found myself at the hospital
My head turned here and there
But my friends are no where near me
May be they are safe or...or

My mind told several stories
Those nightmares are worser
Than my injured Body...
Where are my Friends....

My Body is cold now...
The Meds made me sleep

i woke up and felt warmth in my hand
Its my mom by my side now
Taking my hand and soothing me
With tears in her eyes

And at the corner i see my Dad
His eyes expressed"I Told You"
But he shook his head
And gave his best smile to perk me up.

I spent 3 months at Rehab centre
No Smokes,No Alcholol,No drugs.
They made a man out of me
I am back to being Normal

But my friends ....
They are not With me...
They are gone...
Did i just made a"Mistake Or a Murder"

...Incomplete Love Story

It was a sunny morning. I was sitting on the side lower berth of coromondel express and was looking far end of the horizon, sun has just left the ground, the tranquility and restorative power of the natural world was moving the earth from darkness to light…. I would have managed to remember Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s poem on sunrise on the hills if he wouldn’t have caught my attention….

He was a tall dark guy standing on the exit, his eyes were searching for someone, and the remarkable thing that caught my attention was the mystery within him….

I tried concentrating in the scenic view outside the window… I failed… I saw him walking towards me… He sat on the other side of my seat….

I was looking at him, to solve the mystery within him… his eyes were moist, it has a ocean within it… I was waiting for him to say something… Suddenly I heard him say “would you like to hear a story…a true story… a true story of love….”

… I was unable to ignore him.

“It was first year of my college. I have joined my engineering with a dream to conquer the world. I was standing on the corridor of my college waiting for the rooms to be allotted, I spoke to no one, not a glance or a gesture of mine passed to attract
notice… when I saw her walking down the corridor, she was beautiful tall and fair lady with a beautiful smile on her face… OOPS!! I think I am in Love… her name was Sunita; she was in second year of engineering and was the winner of “Most Beautiful lady On Ramp”…

There I was sitting in the canteen and staring at her, when she gave a faint smile to me….

Graduation Day!!! During this period of 4 years of studies I had made very few friends, among them was Ritu, one of the best student in our batch, a cute looking short and fair lady with specs on her eyes, I only thing I hated about her was, during this 4 years, I think she might have proposed me for marriage hundreds of time… Everyone here was in the mood of partying… but my eyes were searching for Sunita, I wanted her to be with me on this memorable day. For past 4 years hardly there had been a day when we were not together, when not together, we were on phone. She is now working in one of the MNC as a software engineer…. Ah!!! There is my lady.

Almost a year has passed of me been in a Job as an engineer in one of the leading MNC, today is the most awaited day me and Sunita has been waiting for. Today I am going to ask her parents permission to get married to her.

There I was sitting in the drawing room, when her mother walked in… everything was fine until I said “I want to marry Sunita”. She got up and walked away… I was looking at Sunita with a fear in my eyes; she said “I’ll give you a call in the evening”. That night I never slept, waiting for Sunita to call me… It was 9 am in the morning and still she has not called me… I ran to my car and headed towards her house… The door was locked, no one was there… I tried reaching Sunita on phone; it was vain doing so…

Months has passed, no contacts with Sunita…the house is still locked…

Sunita was sitting on the next seat of the car; her mother was driving the car… It has been 3 years, when they last left this city suddenly; the car was standing on the signal waiting for the signal to turn green… Sunita was staring at something outside, the window of the car. She was looking at a dirty looking man on the footpath, with a long beard, long hair and torn cloth, it seemed he had been on the roads for years…there was a women next to her with a dirty torn saree and specs on her eyes feeding him with her own hands… it seemed she has hardly washed her for years…It was quiet clear that the man was lunatic… but Sunita was wondering why he is looking at me and smiling… the she looked at the women… “OH MY GOD!!!” she shouted “It’s Ritu and It is Him…It is Him… It is Him…” she opened the door to run to him… she wanted to reach him…she wanted to hug him… her mother was catching her hands and pulling her inside… She was screaming “MA leave me… he will die without me… MA please!!! He will die without me… MAAAAAAAA” suddenly a bullet hits him on the chest… there he was lying on the footpath in a pool of blood…. Left behind was his dead body… Ritu Screaming and running on the footpath and Sunita lying on the road…she fainted….”

There was lot of question in my minds after me listening this story… I asked him “Who Shot Him???” he said “I Don’t Know”, “Did he die???” he said “Yes”… “What Happened to Ritu???” he said “I don’t know”, “What happened to Sunita? Why she went missing, she also wanted to marry him…” he said “I don’t know anything, the only thing I know is He is dead”… he got up from the seat and walked away to the exit of the train… “If you don’t know anything, how come you know that he is dead?” I screamed… he turned and said “Because, I am the one who is dead…” I was shocked for a moment, by the time I regained to normal, he was not there…. I thought of searching him in the train… Then I thought “Let it be a mystery… because I never wanted to prove that story to be wrong…”

I have never met or saw that person again…. May be someday he might be standing in front of me to prove the story not true… But really I doesn’t want that to happen….

Can We Survive A Brain Transfer ?

  • *If personal identity was identity of brain, then you would survive in a different body if your brain is transplanted into it
  • Dave and Sam think this is obvious. The brain theory preserves all the good features of psychological continuity, guarantees the right causal relations, and also avoids the duplication problems
  • psychological characteristics are what we really care about, so it is important that a theory of personal identity reflect this fact.
  • *Suppose your brain was scanned and the structure of your brain was reproduced in another body.
  • *The person in this body would have your memories etc, and would have a brain structurally identical to yours.
  • *This might be what would happen in teleportation cases.
  • *If you are dying and your brain is scanned, would you survive in the new body?
  • *But what if you are not dying or did not die?
  • *The problems of duplication re-emerge
Think Again !!!... May Be Someday...We Will Be Able to Live For Thousands Of Year....

Does God Plays Game Of Dice ?

During my five years career in entrepreneurship , there are numerous time I have seen downfall of my career and I have been always asking to myself … Is it God is playing game of dice ? And is waiting for six to be thrown so that I can see the path of success. I felt it is not true that “God is playing the game of dice”, but the series of incident happening was initiated long time back….

Have you ever thought , You being able to read this post is not because god has thrown 2,3 or 4 from his dice but this incident was initiated long time back, when you were first introduced to the internet, and this incident is going to change something in your life. Everything is related and planned….

Few days back someone sent me a mail stating “ THE REASON FOR INDIA BEING OUT OF THE CRICKET WORLD CUP WAS BECAUSE OF INDIRA GANDHI…. IF INDIRA GANDHI WOULD’NT HAVE SUPPORTED THE PARTITION OF BANGALADESH…. BANGLADESH WOULD NOT HAVE EXISTED TO DEFEAT INDIA” … for many, it might be a joke… but think again doesn’t it has truth in it.

No! God does not play game of dice… but rather I will say he plays game of chess… where your last move was initiated and influenced because of your first move..

Einsteins famous remark God does not play dice with the universe is a clue, because maybe God does play dice with the universe but according to his own bewildering set of rules. The gambling analogy is quite appropriate. Have you ever been gambling with a friend and felt miserably certain that your friend would win and you would lose? The winner usually possesses a healthy joie de vivre while the loser often harbours a sombre pessimism. In a sense this is an experiment with sub atomic particles because the dice, like everything else, contain sub atomic particles and it is impossible to experiment with them without affecting the experiment oneself. Perhaps the winner pleases the particles whilst the pessimist displeases them.

WATCH OUT !!! the next step you are going to take is going to trigger a series of incidents in your life…..
